The Benefits of the COVID Volunteer Management System
The pandemic has actually helped move things forwards with regards to volunteering at the museum. A lot of our volunteers now are taking up roles within the museum as well. So that's definitely been a bonus because obviously, but that is down to the volunteer management system. But I do think there's a missed opportunity. There would have been great for some people. It's just been sad that we've not been able to develop more roles that actually provide the opportunity for that remote working or that remote volunteer"
