Kuhn interstitial/Yeats' All Things Can Tempt Me
Clerestory (Bryan Kam)
Introduction
The more ardent of my listeners have noticed that i did not record an episode last week. The main reason for this is actually that i was recording a lecture by thomas coone. He trained as a physicist, and he wrote a really influential book in 19 62 called the structure of scientific revolutions. It essentially argues that paradimes in science are not a continuous series of changes but they are instead a discontinuous series of events. If it picks up again, you might be able to hear that in the background.
