With the internet, it seems like we can easily find evidence for things we want to believe. There is nothing so crazy today that you won't find an analog for from 150 years ago. It's really quite extraordinary. You know, one example that I always come back to was when I first started the podcast,. The book and movie by Rhonda Byrne, the secret. That was nothing new at all. But most people don't know that so you can bring it up and people think you're inventing something new and marvelous.
