How to Be Grateful for Your Life

The study only referred to over 40s but this is all looking pretty good right I reckon it's looking good enough to seriously consider making gratitude a part of your daily routine. At the very least it would mean thinking regularly about the things that you're grateful for because surely that can only be a good thing now whoever you are there is always always always something to be grateful for and I personally have been actively practicing gratitude for a while now.
