The Woes of Judah
Isaiah 28, 16: The one who believes will be unshakable. In chapter 29, the woe turns toward Jerusalem. God would use a coming siege of the city by the Assyrians to remind them that he alone was their salvation,. We can't save ourselves; only Jesus provides salvation and protection from sin and Satan.
