Do You Sue a Lawyer for Malpractice?
If you hire a lawyer and the lawyer makes a mistake, you sue him for malpractice. So in generally, that's a monetary recovery. You got the same kind of recourse here with the company. If you want to operate in a limited liability entity, you're going to have it. And if you want to register and not take a bunch of courses at the ARDCs, BHAS every couple of years, you are going to have malpractice insurance too.
