Is He a Liar?

I think we're giving him a little too much credit though, to be honest, it's a bit much for me. He's trying to deceive somebody without technically lying is much more difficult to do. It requires a lot more planning and premeditation to equivocate on something to say something is technically true. And that's where he goes over the line, not just from deceiving but to actually prevaricating. That's a real rub. What experience can he possibly have where, where it would be too sacred to share?
