Stripe Atlas - Aha Moment
Stripe atlas was a service where you create a corporation then open a bank account as part of that. It would often take two or three weeks to open a commercial bank account, which is not unusual for most banks. So stripe built a system to automatically open a bankaccount and then we wrapped an api around that. And later the bank itself wanted to use our system to send payments itself. That was kind of an aha moment for us; it's when we realized this strategy wasn't going to work long term.
