I usually use 12 therapeutic foods for eye health. You want to get your omega-3s, so wild caught fish, sometimes different kinds of seeds,. chia seeds, hemp seeds, etc. And then also healthy oils. So just swapping out some of those pro-inflammatory foods, also eliminating gluten, eliminating or reducing dairy.
