If you can't keep someone out of where they don't belong, you can't let them in at all. You have to communicate with the parts that feel invaded and then be able to speak for them effectively. So a th i really like, for instance, i had a client who was very successful in the corporate world, ah, and she was divorced from her husband. It took me a while to help her basically block his number and not take any texts that self defence. And when she did that, and also, i got her to stop negotiating with him and to have her lawyer do that. Because i have a background in hypnosis, i'm not afraid of being directive.
