The Dread Pirate Roberts Argument
Dretel tried to argue that Albrecht had never been Dread Pirate Roberts. He said he'd sold the site to another user in 2011, and hadn't been involved with it since. The defence also argued that several people had been operating as Dread Pirate Roberts - which of course is what the name suggests. Judge dismissed this request, unsurprisingly.
