The Constance Can't Be Arbitrary
Most of the consents in the universe could not really be any arbitrary number. They are going to hover around some value close to what they actually are. The whole point of a fundamental constant is that there's no deeper explanation for why it is what it is, because it's there in the fundamental equations. That's just, this is as deep as physics has gone so far. There's nothing more we, at the moment, can say.
