All sub-Saharan African regions receive less finance than they need. Southern African region like South Africa, for example, benefits from larger financing. So climate finance is concentrated in too few African countries. That's because of currency instability and problems with governance. But as you've heard, Audrey say 80% of employment comes from SMEs,. so investment is absolutely crucial.
