It's a little bit too late to say that the face is not going to be militarized it's obviously too late to change that all the major nations china russia and the u.s have been looking how to affect these capabilities rightHow to potentially disrupt them. probably going to have to be a multi-prong approach unfortunately but building resilient systems in space would be one of the first things i would recommend.
