The Role of Trust in the Church

I'm getting that question a lot these days, maybe because in part of all the moral failure we've seen in the church and the failure of boards to oversee rogue leaders inside and outside the church. Well, if you just look at the trust paradigm now, all of this is contextually dependent. And it starts with does this person have the capacity to understand me and really hear and connect with what I need with the organization needs? Can they hear it? They didn't get it because you can tell they're nodding, but they're not getting it.
