How to blow up a pipe line is an adaptation of a non fictional, again, kind of thought experimentis book by guy name andrea malm. The movie has a certain amount of suspense and anxiety, but from the title on own, it's not ambivoent about the necessity of this. And i think for toronto to be the place where that movie premiers make sense, because it's like america once removed, you know.
