A c. S. Lewis quote has something to do with capturing your thoughts when first thing in the morning. Our phones are always available to us, and Instagram is really powerful. So we need things that help us get through the day without being distracted. The real question is how are we going to keep ourselves from being sucked into that noise?

This week I had a great conversation with John Brandon focused on his new book, The 7-Minute Productivity Solution: How to Manage Your Schedule, Overcome Distractions, and Achieve the Results You Want.
