Broadcom is a software company that makes IT plumbing systems. It's buried deep inside of enterprises everywhere and has long-term recurring cash flow. Analyst: "It was like the perfect, the perfect Evago Hocktan target" Broadcom had just moved on to a new target, a new industry, where there were more things to buy.
