Rafael Warnock defeated Herschel Walker that settles the Senate with a 51-49 Democratic majority. John Avlon: It's the last spasm of the Republicans' really bad midterms. He says Donald Trump and his hangover plus Walker's awfulness as a candidate meant he was the only Republican who didn't win in Georgia.Avlon: Will be interesting to see if other Democrats pick that up as a model for running in close states or districts.
