How to Let People Know That Change Is for Their Good

How do you let people know that changes are for their good? It's actually two things. First of all, how would you communicate to people? That's one question. If the change is for their own good, so what's in it for them? The training might not stick if the communication has not been strong before. And I think we need to understand that we are motivated, we are very different, and we are motivated by different things.
