Is Pedeco a Better Investment Than Ring Energy?

The company has had either no debt, or just an extremely small amount of debt the whole time i've been watch them, and a lot of cash. So there were things i liked about pedevco. But what was going on as just when their price was at a dollar 50, dollar 70, a sometimes above a little bit above two dollars, it just never really a grabbed my attention. And then, well, i should say, it never really looked as attractive as ring to me, so i just desided to be in it.
