Most people are going into residency and are, sometimes they'll take a more they can. They ca if anything like some one like my husband, who went to a specialty, he went into critical care,. That's more rare, because we're not paying back all of this debt. So you can go into primary care and have still keep that altruism that people tend to go into medical school with.
