The Major Thyol Precursors Found in Hops

Thryselphenylaczanol originates from a very common alpha-beta-insaturated carbonyl. This one is always the major thiol under any form that will be found. It's actually because of the wide variety of thiols that had been found in hops. There is like sometimes 100 times or at least 10 times more glutagenylated precursors than the cystylate precursors.
