"I saw this orange ball and it looked like it was emanating from you could see that there was like a black shape almost like I'll describe like the top of a bell. And when you're looking at it it was shimmering as if you were looking at it through heat," he said. "And then all of a sudden the the as if somebody turned a light switch it it disappeared."
