What Happens in a Dissolution?

When the safes first came out, a lot of investors were like, i'm not touching these. I will sayt that that mentality has changed. We see safes in convertible notes almost equally at this point and investors have largely got on board with it. Investors love them a love, i love a good side letter. To me, good side letters are one of my favorite things in the world.
