The Importance of Having One Hat as a Software Engineer
Connor: My style of management that I've kind of taken on is to try and make sure that as much as possible I am shielding my team from lots of day to day traffic. Tom: One thing that really struck me true, especially from my perspective, is this sort of single hat thing. David: As a senior engineer you have to wear more hats so that opens up more opportunities but it also takes away focus time.
