Berkshire Hathaway CEO Warren Buffett says his son-in-law has been tougher on him than he would have been. Berkshire's managers "like autonomy, but they also get lonesome," Buffett said. The two men are working together to turn around the company from a $182 billion loss in 2013 into an estimated $190 billion profit this year.
