I remember distinctly during the first few weeks of COVID, we were communicating very openly with our people around clients. They were telling us they're going to pay in 180 days. Here's what we're watching. Let's figure it out. Look, you always want to be a part of the solution. No one wants to have the solution and post on it. So if you understand how to lead people, you want to engage them in the problem. If they help create the solution, they'll take on tough problems. And they'll come up with more solutions than you ever dreamt of.
