I really admire Andrew Huberman and Lex Friedman, both of them. I think that their ability to relay hard concepts is very interesting. Sometimes knowing nothing is like the easiest and honestly, like an ignorance, it's bliss. But you know, some people they just kind of go through life like, I don't know. And like they're just at peace. Hey, that's one way to do it. If that's one ways to do it, Don't placebo yourself into negative things because you're like, Oh, it is this way.
