How to Retrofit Office Buildings Into Condos

A lot of these office buildings are owned by people who deal in money. They're trying to figure out how can they not lose their money. And that's the really big question here is how do you retrofit some of these glittering, gleaming, glassy office buildings that have no one in them into condos? I definitely would like for the downtown community people to be involved in some of these discussions so that it doesn't become just the powerful making decisions solely. Hopefully we'll have a mayor who also sees it that way.
