Paul: I've noticed, especially when I'm doing breath work and meditation and gratitude practices, that just thinking about those things can truly affect my overall mood. And again, I call all of those basics. Those are my basics before biohacks. There's definitely ways that we can biohack the nervous system to increase resiliency and optimize. But again, that's when we have everything else in order. Get the basics down first and then you can biohack and that's really the way to do it.
