What's the Threat to the Roman Empire?

Jesus was perceived by pretty much everybody, friend and foe alike, as a threat to the roman empire. The messiah was supposed to be a warrior. And then here comes jesus, sermon on th t teaching o non violence,. what later inspired everybody from gondi to doctor king to mendella. He radically re defines that war. For JESUS, the real enemy isn't rome. It isn't the corrupt temple aristocracy in jerusalem. The real enemy is the world, the flesh and the devil.
