The Consequences of a Slow Decline

The right kind of person can run a national movement or organization very effectively from inside prison. And it's, I think there's a temptation on both sides to think like this is the time we're finally going to break the impasse. There are certain incentives to do that too. You know, you can talk about decline being a choice and all that stuff but yes there's definitely evidence that there's like a competency crash coming.
