So again compliment with the criticism as we might call the carrot and the stick approach. So I appreciate your hard work I can tell you've put a lot of effort into but are you sure it's being effective? And then something like yeah overall it's a good presentation but I think it's a little bit too long. Yeah okay so different ways in which you can soften the criticism using a compliment.
