Hans Zolnar is the public face of the Pontifical Commission for the Protection of Miners. He was in charge when Cardinal Sean O'Malley and Father Robert Geisinger were running it day to day. The Vatican has consistently said that accountability has to be part of this process, but there's a mixed record on whether Pope Francis holds that standard up as an actual sort of working youth's legions in the life of the church.
