Cognitive Neuroscience

Cognitive cognitive science has only been around since the 50s, but it really got going in the in the 80s or so. The one area that is I think maybe hardest to study is linguistic cognition because you can't do neurophysiological studies on animals like mice and monkeys we cannot do in humans. There's a hundred billion neurons and then there's all the glial cells and Children's of connections between them. So yeah, it's hard, but that doesn't mean we should just Say, "We don't need to know about the brain"
