Meditation Helps With Anxiety
I think that meditation really helps. We can't escape all of our thoughts. They're always going to come back no matter what negative coping mechanism we use. When you actually do allow yourself to sit with the anxiety or sit with the feeling without judging it, it softens it a little bit. It's not easy and it doesn't always happen. But I think that when we have so little control over our external circumstances, like that's something that that helps me.
