How to Reach Diversified Audiences in Science Communication

I suppose the main thing is putting yourself in the shoes of someone who doesn't know anything about this research, and what would they be interested in? So many of the kinds of AI systems that we're working with are being used in areas such as identifying individuals who might be at risk or might be vulnerable. We need to talk to people who are interested in housing and education and social services. And I think one way of doing that is we want to engage people who are not already thinking about AI or already thinking about data science.
