How to Maintain Self-Care

Self-care is more self-maintenance than actually just self-care so it's very important. What do you do to maintain and take care of yourself so that you can do your coaching and do all the wonderful things that you bring into the world? I look at my like coaching myself and being really aware of like my thoughts because they create how I'm feeling as self-care. Just having coffee, reading always reading are my favorite forms of self-care for me.
