The Importance of Sticking to Your Resolutions
Don't beat yourself up if you fail to stick to your New Year's resolutions. ADHD gives us the inability to actually achieve something we want to achieve and maintain that thing is it's the thing we can't do. Do you think it's easier when making resolutions to start doing something rather than to give something up? We dealt with this for quite some time. You only have to cancel once. But wait, you have to not do something many times. So avoidance doesn't work. And then you believe that resolutions. Well, that's good.
