In the most free version of the PKD, O3 are out. Alcohol is out in the first place and then the next thing to get out with is tea. There are huge differences, actually, when it comes to tea. And the same goes for the coffee. But maybe the coffee is the least detrimental out of the three. So coffee may be a compromise for somebody who is relatively healthy or already did a huge recovery and almost close to being healthy. I've been off coffee now for four and a half months. You can follow your cravings and eat according to your cravings. It will just adjust in a natural way. Do not have to push yourself into using more salt

off coffee now for four and a half months. Congratulations. I don't generally drink tea, but I had it the last two days because I've been having a scratching photo. But again, it's been my temporary medicine, but I'm feeling better now, so I'm done. But it is all the drugs. They're drugs, essentially.

I don't remember if you said anything about salt. Are we able to use it reasonably liberally, or should we not use it or it's okay, but don't go crazy.

Usually, yes, usually you can follow your cravings and eat according to your cravings. So it will just adjust in a natural way. You do not have to think too much about it or do not have to push yourself into using more salt or eliminating salt entirely. Just follow your cravings. With any low carb diet, you usually crave less salt because less salt is needed. The more carbohydrate you eat, the more salt you crave for. So it is not independent of your diet. It is also part of the big picture.
