In the most free version of the PKD, O3 are out. Alcohol is out in the first place and then the next thing to get out with is tea. There are huge differences, actually, when it comes to tea. And the same goes for the coffee. But maybe the coffee is the least detrimental out of the three. So coffee may be a compromise for somebody who is relatively healthy or already did a huge recovery and almost close to being healthy. I've been off coffee now for four and a half months. You can follow your cravings and eat according to your cravings. It will just adjust in a natural way. Do not have to push yourself into using more salt
