Is Consciousness Observable?

If we have access to our own conscious mental states, i would tend to think that that should make consciousness science easier than other scientific fields in which the phenomena are completely unobservable. In a way, it makes the phenomenon the er, more certain, i would say. Di think there are things we can know about it. But then the trickiness arises from matching up what you know from the inside with things like, like the overflow thesis,. You know, do do er what i know from theInside? Does that go beyond a what can report and so on so so yet, in a sense, it makes it easier.
