Can you elaborate for our listeners on what exactly those conventional business models are exactly that you're referring to? You can actually remove the timber very quickly and it up with a forest that has no economic value in a conventional economic system. And then they're speculating on the land. The land is good. They can like grow soybeans and that who that's going to give you thousands of dollars per hectare. So it's just, you know, money.
