Being legally compliant is a measurable outcome, like tick or not tick. There are other clear benefits in terms of protecting reputation and increasing productivity. But often when i've worked in us Led companies, there isn't much of a partnership with health and safety to look at the legal compliance. Go for it for the actual investment is huge.
