Are Your Executives Responsive?
There is that energy latent within the organization or long with that en a commitment and an expectation thing that were going to happen. The executives of the organization need to respond carefully to that too, saying, ok, greatwell,. you know, we're so happy that you're doing this, like war power to you. But there's no strategy, there's no co ordination, there'sno time that's actually unotimer bud that's allocated to that. If you're notcultivating those things that make your organization desirable, to work for, then you are risking losing all that talent That you spent all that time and money trying to recruit, train, develop aments.
