i'm grateful now that i'm able to contectualize and understand it, and now have the tools to have dealt with it. In spite of years of therapy, it still kept coming back up. And it wasn't literally, until i learned masterthought formula, move your attention. When i talk about moving your attention, which i do a lot, people listening are like, yaa blabla, ok, i get it. But they don't get it. That's powerful, to be able to moved your attention. Would you agree?
