Is Television Still the Best Tool in the Toolkit?
The median age of the average voter in a midterm is 50 something. I suspect the average target for Apple iPhone is probably in their teens or 20s. But even you look at the big corporations who have no shortage of research and ways to figure out who their targets are, they're still very much invested in broadcast television. Even if it's 50 or 60% reach versus 80 or 90% reach, nothing else has anywhere close to that.
