The Importance of Customer Service at Newbank

Customer service was a very high priority for the organization from the gates. The company at different levels of scale would just try to develop different ways to do the same thing, but in a less manual way. And I think as a result, not just on customer service, obviously, because this feedback flows back into every element of the product. But I'd still think today like our customer service organization is definitely one of the most valuable things that we have.
