The Importance of Brand Awareness in Marketing

Marketing is basically awareness, right? So they learn about you. That's that's what marketing to me is the number one thing. I like for me and my technical marketing, the stuff that I do with the blog posts, my goal is to provide value. My goal is to help people. And I don't really care if they never ever use fathom,. because I'm happy that they know about fathom. It's easier and cheaper to keep a customer than it is to go find another customer to replace a customer who quit or churned around which we are ridiculously low on.
