CPAP or BIPAP?
Bilevel therapy is to decrease work of breathing, enhance minute ventilation and then hopefully improve that acute hypercapnia. The delta P will help with the minute ventilation, which will help blow off more CO2. But in the end, you know, it's, if you're going to choose one or the other, I'd probably choose BIPAP.
